Terms and Conditions
In order to proceed with the rental, it is necessary to provide your full name and passport number/NIC number or Company details.
The lessee will receive an invoice for the rental, and it is required that full payment and a deposit be made upfront; the specific amount of the deposit will depend on the items being rented and will be mentioned in the invoice. Otherweise Cash with drop off is required.
The deposit will be refunded once the rented items are returned in a clean and proper condition. Any damages or losses to the items should be promptly and honestly communicated. The lessee will be responsible for replacing the item or will be charged the cost of the exact or a similar new item.
Items will be rented out at the earliest of 3pm and will need to be dropped off or picked up by EuroLanka Travel no later than 10:30 am or an additional day will be charged.
All items will be clean and disinfected when rented out.
